Terms of Service

_{Last edited 07 May 2023}For these terms, “you” and “client” are synonymous, as well as “me”/”I” and “artist”.By sending payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
**You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for a commission.These terms are subject to changes. Any changes will not retroactively affect clients.01 | Contact
The preferred method of contact is through email. Initial questions can be made through Twitter DMs or FA messages. Contact about commissions should NOT be made anywhere else unless otherwise discussed.

A clear, concise, and unshaded reference is preferred. Multiple references are okay and encouraged. Unclear and/or written references may be subject to a fee.03 | Payment
Payment is to be made upfront via PayPal invoice. Payment plans may be discussed. In any case, work will not start until payment is received in full.04 | WIPs
WIPs will generally be provided at every stage of the process (roughs, lines, flats), unless otherwise stated or requested. In the case that WIPs are provided, approval is needed to move forward.05 | Revisions
Revisions may be subject to fees. Changes must be requested at the appropriate WIP stages. Any that are requested after completion will incur a fee, unless it was my mistake.06 | Refunds / Cancelations
Refunds are not available when the work is complete. Partial refunds may be available when work is started and the client requests a cancelation/refund. If a cancelation is initiated by the artist, or work has not been started, a refund will be made in full. Both parties reserve the right to cancel at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.07 | Artist’s Rights
- I reserve the right to refuse any commissions or alterations.
- Unless otherwise discussed, I always reserve full rights to my artworks, which includes commercial use.08 | Client’s Rights
- You are not allowed to profit off of the artwork unless discussed; this includes any edits made yourself, or by someone else (which is also not allowed).
- You reserve the right to make prints, stickers, etc. for personal use.
- You reserve the right to share the artwork to your galleries.09 | Private Commissions
Commissions with the request of keeping it private (e.g. not to be shared online, or put in a portfolio) require a notice beforehand and are subject to a fee.10 | Commercial Work
Contracts/licensing can be further discussed via email (for new and old works).11 | Will/Won’t Draw
